Terms and Conditions

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the website, software, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Y Enterprises B.V. ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our"). Please read this Agreement in its entirety before using our Services.

By creating an account, downloading our software, or using any part of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Services.

We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

1. Your Account

1.1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to suspend your account until satisfactory documentation is provided. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited, and any winnings from an underage account will be forfeited.

1.2. Account Creation & Information

To use our Services, you must create a single account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full name, address, date of birth, email, and phone number. It is your responsibility to keep this information updated.

1.3. Single Account Policy

You are permitted to have only one account. Operating multiple accounts, whether concurrently or not, is a material breach of this Agreement. We reserve the right to close all associated accounts, void any winnings, and confiscate funds from any user found to have multiple accounts.

1.4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your unique Player ID and Password. All activities conducted through your account are deemed to be your own. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss you may incur as a result of someone else using your account, with or without your knowledge.

1.5. Dormant & Inactive Accounts

An account is deemed inactive if it has no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months.

  • We will notify you via email before your account becomes dormant.
  • We reserve the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts.
  • If an account remains dormant and the balance reaches zero, it may be closed.
  • Funds in accounts that remain unclaimed after a specified period may be forfeited in accordance with regulatory requirements.

2. Grant of License & Rules of Use

2.1. Limited License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use our software ("Software") for the sole purpose of personal entertainment. This license is granted on an "AS IS" basis.

2.2. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including the Software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is our exclusive property and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are not granted any right to copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without our express written permission.

2.3. Prohibited Jurisdictions

The use of our Services is strictly prohibited for residents of the following countries:

  • Curacao, Netherlands, and their territories
  • France and its territories
  • Malta, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland
  • United Kingdom
  • USA and its territories
  • North Korea

Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions will result in immediate account termination and confiscation of all funds.

2.4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Modifying the Software: Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the Software.
  • Artificial Intelligence: Using "robots," bots, or any other form of artificial intelligence is strictly forbidden. All actions must be executed personally through the user interface.
  • Collusion & Fraud: Engaging in fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity, including credit card fraud or colluding with other players. Such actions will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
  • Commercial Use: Using the Services for any commercial purpose or as a professional betting business.

3. Financial Terms & Payouts

3.1. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions must be conducted using payment methods that belong solely to you and are registered in your name.

  • Withdrawal Limit: The maximum withdrawal amount is $10,000 USD (or currency equivalent) in any 24-hour period, unless a larger amount has been specifically agreed upon.
  • Verification: We may require you to provide documentation (e.g., copies of payment cards, proof of address) to verify your identity before processing withdrawals.

3.2. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Fraud Prevention

We are committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing.

  • We monitor all transactions and reserve the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
  • For deposits exceeding a cumulative total of $50,000 USD, we may require you to provide documentation regarding your source of funds and source of wealth.
  • If we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity, we will terminate your account and may withhold all funds held within it.

3.3. Player-to-Player Transactions

Using your account for any purpose other than playing our games, such as transferring funds between players, is strictly prohibited. We do not facilitate or support private transactions between players.

3.4. Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on winnings you receive from us, in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1. General Bonus Terms

We may, at our sole discretion, offer bonuses, free plays, or other promotional incentives. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any bonus at any time.

4.2. Wagering Requirements

Only real money bets contribute to wagering requirements. The maximum amount that can be converted from bonus funds to real money is three (3) times the original bonus amount granted. Contribution rates are as follows:

  • All Slots: 100%
  • Poker Table Games: 20%
  • Roulettes & Live Games: 10%
  • Blackjacks & Baccarats: 5%

4.3. Game Restrictions

Bonus funds cannot be used on a specific list of games, including but not limited to: Maneki Gold, Rome: The Golden Age, Jackpot 6000, Street Fighter 2, and various titles in the Age of the Gods series. Please refer to the original, full-length terms for the complete list of restricted games.

5. Responsible Gaming

5.1. Our Commitment

We are committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We encourage you to play for fun and to use our tools to manage your activity.

5.2. Self-Exclusion

If you feel you are developing a gambling problem, you can request to self-exclude from our Services for a defined period or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account will be blocked, and you will not receive promotional materials. To withdraw any remaining balance from a self-excluded account, please contact our support team at support@yyyonline.com.

5.3. Player Protection Tools

We offer several tools to help you stay in control:

  • Play Limits: Set limits on your deposits, wagers, and losses per session, day, week, or month.
  • Reality Checks: Receive periodic in-game notifications about your session duration and net position.
  • Game Speed: Our games can be configured to enforce a minimum time between game rounds.
  • Visible Clock: A clock is always visible in-game to help you track time.

6. Legal Provisions

6.1. No Warranties ("AS IS")

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In the event of a system failure, funds in play at the time of interruption will be returned to the affected players.

6.2. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or misuse of the Services.

6.3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Costa Rica shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of this Agreement.

6.4. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company and supersedes all prior agreements.

6.5. Language

This Agreement is drafted in the English language. If translated into another language, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict.

6.6. Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint, please contact our customer service team first. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may be able to refer the dispute to an independent resolution body.
